Check-in is from 14h00 to 21h00 on the day of arrival. Upon arrival, please stop by reception for an introduction to the reserve and directions to your tent.

Arriving after 21h00? Please notify your host if you are arriving after 21h00. You will receive a WhatsApp communication with your arrival details, or find a letter waiting for you at reception.

Check-out time is at 10h00. On departure, please check out at reception and settle any outstanding amounts for firewood, activities, or meals.

Before you leave:

• Remember your stay is self-catering. Kindly make sure you have washed all the dishes that you used.
• Please place your rubbish in the bin provided.
• If you had to move our furniture around, please make sure all furniture is back where you found it.
• If you used more than one tent, kindly make sure your cutlery and crockery are recovered from other tents.
• There is no need to make the beds.
• Please make sure that you did not accidentally pack any of the tent's contents like towels or kitchenware.
• Please report any accidents or damages to our team.

Late check-out: Please note that a late check-out fee of R250 can be charged if guests do not check out by 10h00. We follow a thorough cleaning process and need time to get the tents ready for our next guests. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
